Our company was founded in 1986 to develop and manufacture an innovative new technology for membrane switch keypads. This new product was subsequently commercialised under the brand name ClickTouch and patented in Belgium, Europe and the USA.
In 1989, the company became part of the Arbed-Sidmar Group, a leading player among European steel manufacturers. Within 12 months, we had developed a new Europe-wide distribution network and moved to a purpose-built manufacturing site in Gavere, Belgium.
In 1999 a Management Buy-Out took place.
As from January 1, 2003 the company name changed into ClickTouch NV.
Since our formation, we have developed into a successful, dynamic business that offers customers throughout the world a range of innovative, high-quality products and services.
In the past years we have extended our existing manufacturing centre in Belgium still further, having added increased production facilities, and expanded our in-house research, design and development services. As a result of this expansion, we are able to offer an even higher standard of quality, availability and technical support.
